ARC Control Software

Advanced Fronius welding processes provide precise arc control, reduced spatter, & improved weld quality across a range of materials & applications.

CMT – Cold Metal Transfer
Provides low-heat-input welding and brazing with minimal distortion and spatter. Ideal for joining steel and aluminum, galvanized sheet, and light-gauge aluminum. Suitable for stainless steel and magnesium.

PMC – Pulse Multi-Control
Delivers a powerful, stable arc with controlled droplet transfer for excellent weld-pool control, reduced spatter, and consistent weld quality.

LSC – Low Spatter Control
Provides stable short-circuit welding with low spatter, increased deposition rates, and improved arc control.

TPW - Thick Plate Weld Package

Combines Touch Sensing, Through Arc Seam Tracking (TAST), and Root Memorization to locate and follow weld joints while automatically compensating for part variation. The package helps reduce weld defects and improve productivity without additional laser, vision, or PC-based sensing hardware.
