Joe Hoffman joined FANUC America over 32 years ago. He is the manager of the engineering material welding group at FANUC Headquarters and maintains the group in the lab where testing is done daily. Mike Sharpe is the Executive Director of Sales for Materials Joining at FANUC America, responsible for sales and business developments in laser and arc. A 35-year veteran at FANUC, Mike holds patents in robotics-related applications. Mike is a member of AWS, LIA, and ALAW steering committee, and supports the SME. Mike will introduce robotic laser welding applications to the group with an emphasis on safety, process awareness, and measures to ensure successful results. Roger Sanders of APT Manufacturing will join Mike to introduce the latest Mod-Laser workcell.

Dave Lambert, Group President Sales & Marketing at ITW Welding and Miller Electric. These businesses serve local customers and markets around the globe, with a significant presence in developed, as well as emerging markets. Dave is a graduate of UW-Oshkosh here he earned his degree in accounting and enjoyed a hall of fame cross country and track career.
