Thrive in 2025 is the theme for the FANUC 2025 Certified Education Solution Provider Conference. This year, FANUC is changing things up for the event. APT Manufacturing Solutions will host the event at its 100,000 sq ft facility in Hicksville, OH, on April 22-23.
APT is thrilled to host an impressive lineup for the Solution Providers, reports Anthony Nighswander, owner. This year, the focus will be on industry equipment training and equipping the sales team with real hands-on experience to deepen their understanding of the products. APT, in conjunction with FANUC, has invited key industry partners, such as Miller, Fronius, Hypertherm, Levil, and Nocti, to participate in the hands-on experience.
The future of manufacturing requires educational institutions to prepare students for the workforce. Addressing these needs involves training students on industry-standard equipment. “As a manufacturer,” Nighswander states, “I strive to hire students who have been trained on the same top-tier equipment we use daily. This results in less turnover, quicker growth, and better pay for the on-boarding students.”
