Industry partners Miller Electric, FANUC, and APT Manufacturing Solutions have teamed up to offer a classroom-ready industrial welding trainer.
The Weld CERT Cart trainer is a robotic spot-welding cell that is composed of industrial equipment. From the robot to the power source to the fume extraction, the curriculum and credentials provide an opportunity for students to get real-world experience to get them into the workplace.
The cells have a small footprint to fit through a standard doorway and come with a work holding kit, with the option to add PPE and a wire weld gun for more hands-on experience.
