APT Receives FANUC Growth Award – 2nd Consecutive Year

APT MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS RECIPIENT OF FANUC GROWTH AWARD

SAN DIEGO—For the second year in a row, APT Manufacturing Solutions was the recipient of the prestigious FANUC Growth Award at the annual FANUC Authorized Integrators Conference. This award is presented to integrators who have grown 150% over the past year.

“We’re very pleased to receive this award for the second year in a row, and are excited to be on the front lines of the future of the manufacturing industry”, says Anthony Nighswander, President of APT. “We continue to make major investments in our company and are committed to doing what it takes to grow with our customers.”

APT Manufacturing Solutions added around 20 people to its workforce over the last year, and invested heavily in equipment, infrastructure, people, and process. These investments are key to balanced growth, competing at a higher level, and becoming household name in automation.

The state-of-the-art APT Training Center, in its second year, has 8 students learning skilled trades every afternoon on-site. Three apprentices were also added to the program in Machining and Mechanical Engineering, and the company has hopes to have over 10 enrolled in apprenticeship programs by the start of the fall semester.

APT continues to position itself on the forefront of the shift that is happening in manufacturing today, with many businesses choosing to keep their operations in the United States and use advanced technology as a solution to their challenges. “As companies make the choice to keep their manufacturing operations in the USA, we want to be their go-to for automation that allows them to compete at a global level. We’re proud to serve these manufacturers every day” says Nighswander.
