APT Manufacturing Solutions specializes in wire form gages that offer great accuracy at low cost and light weight. These are precision-built attribute style gages that are machined using advanced 3D profile machine tool technology.

 

APT follows a rigid design process including customer concept review, 3D Solidworks design, and final customer approval from a veteran gage and fixture engineering group.

 

These fixtures are produced using CAD / CAM software based on your part model.  These gages are available in full profile or partial profile.  Used for production checking of your formed wire / tube parts and as an invaluable aid in bender setups. 

 

APT is an ISO 9001 certified shop, with documented quality control procedures and reliability.

 

These gages are also sometimes referred to as tube form gage, formed wire gage, formed tube gage, and bend check fixtures, but all serve same functionality and APT feels confident in its effective solution.

Whether you are welding just a few small pieces together from time to time on a bench to high volume, large assemblies on a robot cell, our welding fixtures can accurately and repeatably provide proper location for your parts to be welded. APT will design and build welding fixtures to suit your needs and budget. Our weld fixtures will greatly aid in your repeatability and part quality.
